Perfect General Contracting LLC is particularly known for the excellence of its masonry and flooring works. Masonry work is the art and craft of a structure – built using stone, bricks or concrete.

We also specialize in precast constructions and cast in situ construction (both reinforced and unreinforced). Precast construction technology is where slabs or elements are cast in precasting factories and transported to the construction site and assembled; while cast in situ construction technology walls and slabs are cast at site in formwork. Both technologies are safe and strong however has its own pros and cons.
